Every coaching partnership is shaped around where you are, what life, loss and leadership are asking of you, and the conversations that matter most right now.
Together, we'll create the structure, momentum and accountability to help you navigate change with greater awareness, clarity and intention.

Choose a 6 or 12-month coaching partnership

60–90 minute coaching sessions, held fortnightly or monthly via Zoom

Unlimited voice note and email support between sessions for real-time guidance, reflection and accountability

We'll explore the patterns shaping the way you think, lead, communicate and make decisions, celebrating what's working, challenging what isn't, and building the awareness, responsibility and accountability to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and intention.

Step 2: a 30-40 minute one-on-one video or phone call with Vashti.
Step 3: Once both you and Vashti agree to proceed, you’ll receive a contract and agreement.
Step 4: Sign the agreement and submit your holding deposit.
Step 5: Our admin team will then schedule your program, lock in your sessions, and coordinate micro-coaching into your calendar.
Remember, places are limited as I work exclusively with individuals where our compatibility, commitment, and alignment create sparks—because life is too short for anything less.
